Problems logging in to Tekla User Assistance

These instructions help you if have trouble logging in to the Tekla User Assistance service.

I forgot my password

I have created a new account, but I can't login to Tekla User Assistance

Make sure that you verify your e-mail address before you try to use a new account. Check your e-mail (including your spam folder) for a verification email, which contains the link that activates your account.

I did not receive a verification or notifcation email

If you created a new Trimble Identity, but you did not receive Trimble Account Creation Notification e-mail:

  1. Check your spam folder in case the verification e-mail is there.
  2. If you cannot find the verification email, use the Forgot password link on the sign in page to reset your password and send a new verification e-mail.

I logged in, but I am still not allowed to view all content

Some of the content in Tekla User Assistance is provided as part of your organization's maintenance contract with Trimble Solutions. If your organization has a valid maintenance agreement, you gain access to this content by receiving an invitation to join your Tekla Online services organization from your organization's own Tekla Online administrator.

After you join the group, your new access rights are activated when you log in the next time at Tekla User Assistance. If you are currently logged in, please log out and log back in to activate the new access rights.
