How do I create an Index of my favourite Tedds Calculations?

You can use these steps to create a simple index that makes it really easy to find your favourite Tedds calculations .

Solution

In the Library Access System in Tedds for Word:

1. Select View > Advanced Menus
2. Select File > New
3. Use the New Calc Set Wizard to name & specify properties for your Set - make sure that the version is not greater than the current Tedds version.
4. Maximise the LAS window and select Window > Tile Vertically
5. Find each of your 'favourite' calcs in the "Tedds Calculations" Index
6. Drag & Drop them onto the title of your new Set
7. Save and close your Set
8. Resize the LAS window and select View > Simple Menus

Your 'favourite' calcs will now appear in the "My Calculations" index in both Tedds and Tedds for Word.
