Is it possible to create my own Data Lists?

Answer

Yes, you can create your own custom Data lists using the Data List Designer application. To access this, activate the Tedds Developer tab via More > Tedds Options > Environment' and enable the 'Show Tedds Developer tab' option:

You will then have access to the The Data List Designer.

Then download the attached tutorial zip file which contain a guide document you can follow and some useful example files to help you get started. Unzip this to <My Documents\Tedds\> and follow the tutorial guide.

*Although the tutorial also discusses creating Data Tables, these are now obsolete, as are Data Graphs. Please note the following:

*We do not recommend creating Data Tables and Data Graphs. We no longer use these tools when writing the Calculations in the Tedds Engineering Library.

Typically numerical data can be derived using equations or by interpolating a small set of know values using the InterpLinear function in Tedds. If more complex data is required we recommend creating a Data list.
