All Tedds calculations are written using the following settings:
- Decimal symbol = point ‘.’
- List separator = comma ‘,’
- Expression delimiter = semi-colon ‘;’
These characters are hard-coded into the calculations so you need to run the Tedds Library calculations using this format set in both Tedds and Windows.
However, you can use your system regional settings for everything apart from Tedds.

- Open Tedds
- Select ‘Tools > Options > Calculating > Regional Settings’
- Make sure that the ‘Number and expression format is set to ‘English’

- Open Tedds for Word
- Change to the Tedds ribbon
- Select ‘More > Tedds Options > Calculating > Regional Settings’
- Make sure that the ‘Number and expression format is set to ‘English’
