I am using Tekla Online Licensing and when I run the Tedds application I need to Sign again even though I checked the "Stay signed in" option. Why is this?

I am using Tekla Online Licensing so, when I first ran Tedds, I signed in and checked the "Stay signed in" option.  Tedds opens fine, however I don't seem to be signed in as it still says "Log in" top right as shown in the picture below. Then I needed to sign in again the next time I ran Tedds.  Why is this?

Resolution

This was a minor issue in the 2020 release of Tedds, which our Developers were aware of and have been working on a permanent fix for.   The issue is now fixed in the 2021 Release, so the best resolution is to update to this - the installation for it is now available in Tekla Downloads.

If you have yet to update to the 2021 release, just check the "Stay signed in" option then next time you run Tedds; the Connectivity Indicator at the top right of the Tedds window will correctly show you signed in and you will not be required to Sign in again the next time.
