Issue
The installation of Tekla Structural Design 2020 fails with the following errors:
- Error: 2 The system cannot find the file specified. This setup will now exit!
- Error: 5 Access is denied. This setup will now exit

Solution
This is caused by a conflict with an Anti-virus (AV) program which is interfering with the installation. So far two AV programs BitDefender and BullGuard have been found to cause this issue but others may also. The solution is to temporarily disable the AV program then try the installation again. You may need to reboot, then disable the AV program then try the installation again. Also if the AV program has quarantined the installation file you may need to download the installation again.
When the Tekla installation has completed you can re-enable your anti-virus software
