I have just purchased a license after taking the trial and am getting an error when trying to activate my license - why?

When I try activing my license I get the following error:   Solution When you purchase a license you are supplied by default, a server license, however a Tekla Tedds trial license is a local license. Therefore in order to use your newly purchased license you need to do a few simple steps to reconfigure your machine. Login to your Tekla Online Profile or if you don't already have a profile Create a Tekla Online Profile. Why does the number of In Use Licenses not match the number of Users using the program?

When looking at the Server Status in the Tekla Structural License Server Manager, why does the number of In Use licenses not match the number of Users using the program? There always seems to be more User records than Licenses In Use.   Answer The license model used is per host machine so you may run the application on a single host PC any number of times without it using up an additional licenses. The Users list shows the number of seperate uses of the license, which if the host is the same will only count as a single license In Use. For example if you have two users on two machines, namely

Problem in printing - Tekla Tedds

If you are encountering issue in printing the Tedds design output for example, as the program is crashing as soon as you try to print, then you need to consider changing the default settings of your printer.  Go to Control panel >> Hardware and sound >> Devices and Printers Right click on the printer that you wish to set as default and choose "set as default printer". Try to print now. This should help.
