Tekla Tedds 2018 has stopped recognizing my USB Key

Information: USB Keys are no longer available but some legacy users have yet to transition Symptoms When launching the Tekla Tedds Application or Tekla Tedds for Word the "Select USB Key" dialog appears (it should only appear if no keys are plugged in) and the list of available keys is empty even though the key is plugged in. Cause The problem is occurring because of a change in Windows 10 April 2018 Update which stops the Sentinel RMS system from querying the USB keys correctly. Most applications are not affected because most of the Tekla applications effectively run in Windows Vista
