Why is my antivirus flagging the Tekla install file as containing a threat?

We have seen a few reports from users whereby some antivirus software flags the Tekla installation files as containing a threat, for example: We have processes in place to ensure our downloads do not contain threats, but sometimes antivirus programs will flag them with what is called a false positive. In order to verify that the file you have downloaded is the same file that we have distributed please check the hash of the file you have downloaded before running the downloaded file on your system. Question Why does my unreinforced masonry retaining wall design use a characteristic flexural strength of zero?    Answer When using the retaining wall analysis and design (EN1992/EN1997/EN1997) calculation for an unreinforced masonry wall panel calculation to EC 1992, the flexural strength of the wall is always zero (0) therefore relying on the axial load on the wall for bending resistance. Is Tekla Structural License Service compatible with Microsoft Server 2016?

Update: Although we don't yet test the Tekla Structural License Service on Windows Server 2016, Tekla Structural License Service v2.04, first released in February 2018, includes Sentinel RMS 9.2 which officially supports Windows Server 2016. The 3rd party licensing service, Sentinel RMS License Service, packaged with Tekla Structural License Service v2.02, shipped in March 2017, is only officially supported by it's developers Gemalto (previously SafeNet) on Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2. So currently Windows Server 2016 is not yet officially supported. However in practice
